He has more than two decades of management consulting experience, advising an international client portfolio across Europe and the Americas. His expertise spans mechanical and plant engineering, semiconductors, automotive aftersales, and industrial services, with a focus on performance improvement and strategy development.

Markus holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Siegen and a PhD, magna cum laude, from the University of Bremen.
