Parvathy Kailasam is a member of our Technology and Cloud Services practice.

With over 10 years' of consulting experience across Bain offices, Parvathy has worked with many of the top 10 Tech Services clients, digital engineering specialists as well as clients in healthcare, financial services and consumer products.

She has been part of multiple global transformation efforts, and has led engagements advising clients on go to market strategy, workforce management, capability sourcing, performance improvement, post merger integration and data strategy. Her case portfolio also includes sector scans and diligences for venture capital funds.

Beyond her client work, she is a leader for our India Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts.

Parvathy holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and a B.Eng (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
