Philipp has expertise in advanced analytics and customer experience. He focuses on conducting corporate and BU strategy, operating model, and development in Agile transformation across the value chain. He also has worked on NPS, customer journey optimization, and category management projects in retail.
Beyond his case work, Philipp serves as a member of the AC PD committee, captain of full-time recruiting in Munich, trainer for new hires ("Bootcamp"), and manager for intro training.
Philipp earned his M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Business Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), with a semester abroad in San Diego at the University of California San Diego (UCSD).
