Sophia Holst

Sophia Holst is a member of our Consumer Products and Retail practices.

She recently served as a partner for Qvartz prior to the firm's integration with us, which collectively formed our new Nordics practice, in early 2020. While there, she focused on commercial impact improvement and strategic development for both local and global organizations.

Her recent client work has involved:

• Corporate and commercial strategies for various global and local retailers, including innovation, private label, category management and operating model;
• Analytics strategy and operating model initiatives for consumer goods companies;
• Commercial organization and excellence efforts for consumer goods companies; and
• A retail organization’s global rebranding effort.

Sophia holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and a B.Sc. in International Business from Maastricht University (Netherlands), which included exchange programs to Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and EGADE (Monterrey, Mexico).
