Sundeep Jaganath

Sundeep Jaganath is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.

He has more than 15 years of consulting and industry experience in Operations and Supply Chain in the US. His work predominantly covers the US, LATAM and EMEA markets.

Sundeep advises clients on four-wall operation transformations and performance improvement across diversified manufacturing industries ranging from chemicals to industrial products. He is an expert on large-scale operation transformations focused on operational excellence, cost takeout, lean implementation, manufacturing technology & change management and has led work spanning all aspects of operations full potential.

In addition to his client work, Sundeep is actively involved in our Asian at Bain affinity group and enjoys mentoring early career individuals.

Sundeep earned his MBA from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Outside of work Sundeep and his wife enjoy spending time with their 2 daughters.
