Federico Lamberti is a member of our Consumer Products EMEA practice.
Federico has 10+ years of consulting experience across Europe, Asia and the Americas, working with senior executives and management teams for both local and international clients. His expertise covers sales transformation, route-to-market strategy, Perfect Store execution, sales organization redesign, cost improvement, and the digitalization of sales processes. Federico has particularly deep experience in packaged consumer products—including beer, soft drinks, confectionery, coffee, and personal care. His work focuses on digitalizing sales forces, enhancing productivity, and developing tech-enabled sales ecosystems.
Federico spent two years at Bain’s Southeast Asia hub in Singapore, serving major consumer goods companies across Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Singapore. His notable projects include leading a global sales transformation for a prominent beer company, orchestrating international market expansion for an Italian coffee leader, and designing a global route-to-market playbook rolled out in more than 20 markets.
In addition to client work, Federico actively supports our EMEA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and external recruiting activities. Before joining Bain, he worked at Procter & Gamble as a trade marketing manager and later as a key account manager.
Federico holds a master's in industrial engineering and management from Università di Roma Tor Vergata. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and (giant!) Labrador dog, as well as mentoring young talent and reading Japanese manga.
