Federico Lamberti is a member of our Consumer Products EMEA practice.
Federico has more than 10 years of consulting experience across Europe, Asia and the Americas, working with senior executives and management teams for both local and international clients. He holds expertise in topics related to sales transformation, route-to-market strategy and redesign, sales organization design, cost improvement and digitalization of sales activities.
He has spent 2 years in the Bain Southeast Asia hub, based out of the Singapore office, working with many large consumer goods companies across several markets (Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Cambodia). His work mostly focuses on food & beverage, spanning across beer, carbonated soft drinks and coffee industries, for both global MNCs and local Italian corporations. Notably, he has worked to drive route-to-market agenda for a leading global beer player.

Prior to joining us, he worked at Procter & Gamble, and served as a trade marketing manager for oral care brands and batteries, before moving to sales as a key account manager.
Federico holds a master's in industrial engineering and management from Università di Roma Tor Vergata, in Rome.
In his personal time, he dedicates time to his family (including a newborn daughter and a giant Labrador dog!) and spends weekends mentoring young talents with great potential.
