Benjamin Sommer

Benjamin Sommer is a member of our Private Equity and Technology and Cloud Services practices. An expert in software and technology globally with a particular focus on UK, Nordics, and broader EMEA, he has worked extensively with both corporate and private equity clients.

He has broad experience in sell-side support, specializing in vendor due diligence, and post-acquisition. He also has experience in value creation in software companies, with a specific focus on pricing and discounting across diagnostics and practical implementation with leading global software firms.

Prior to joining our team in Copenhagen, he spent five years in our London office.

Benjamin earned an MBA from INSEAD and a B.A. in Finance and International Business from Regent’s University London.
