Daniel Möllerhenn is an associate partner based in Bain & Company’s Frankfurt office. He is an expert in the firm’s Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT), Customer Strategy & Marketing, Enterprise Technology and Digital practices.
Since joining Bain in 2007, Daniel has advised clients across a wide range of industries, specializing in full potential transformation initiatives for clients across EMEA. He holds particularly deep experience in driving customer experience programs, focusing on the intersection of Simple & Digital customer experiences, technological transformation and IT infrastructure.
Daniel’s client portfolio is rooted in the telco space, within which he manages strategy and reorganization projects, post-merger integration and cost-reduction programs.
He is also an expert in Net Promoter System® implementations.
He holds an MBA from AGSM Sydney and NYU Stern, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from the European Business School.
