Since joining Bain in 2007, Daniel has advised clients across a variety of industries like telecommunications, insurance, banking, industrial goods, heavy machinery, and advanced manufacturing, as well as wholesale, retail, and e-commerce. His projects span the EMEA region.
Daniel drives customer experience transformation programs for clients across industries with a focus on simple and digital customer experiences combined with transforming the underlying technology and IT infrastructure to make it ready for the digital world.
He is also a seasoned expert on Net Promoter System® implementations.
Daniel graduated from the European Business School and holds an MBA from AGSM in Sydney and NYU Stern.
