Mikaela Boyd is a partner in the New York office of Bain & Company. She is an active leader in the firm's Financial Services practice and an expert in the Customer Strategy & Marketing and Results Delivery® practices.
Within the financial services industry, Mikaela has a particular focus on payments, credit cards, life insurance and retirement. She has led engagements in corporate strategy, growth strategy, performance improvement, cost reduction, operating model and organizational redesign, and large-scale transformation and change programs.
As a member of Bain's Customer Strategy & Marketing practice, Mikaela also has extensive experience working with both B2B and B2C clients to address a variety of customer topics, including segmentation & insights, customer loyalty and the Net Promoter System, customer experience design and brand strategy.
Mikaela has held a number of leadership roles within Bain, with significant contributions to training and mentorship.
Prior to joining Bain, Mikaela held strategy and operating roles in the independent sectors of the US and South Africa.
Mikaela holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Boston College.
