Sobre Federico

Federico Eisner is a partner and our South America Consumer Products practice leader.

Federico joined us in 1998 as a summer associate in São Paulo during his MBA internship and has more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting.

From 2001 to 2006, Federico was based in Brazil. He is the founder of our Buenos Aires office and co-founder of our Santiago office and was the leader of the Buenos Aires office from its inception until June 2021. He is a member of our regional membership promotion committee.

Federico works with CEOs and presidents, boards, and executive teams of national and multinational groups in South America, leading projects that address strategy, digital transformations, marketing and go-to-market, M&A, operations, and organizational redesign.

Federico leads the Consumption practice in the region, with experience in most of the relevant consumer categories and functions. He also leads regional projects with technology players and marketplace ecosystems, both B2C and B2B.

Federico is the co-founder of MOVER – “Movimento pela Equidade Racial,” a coalition of 46 leading companies in Brazil, to accelerate the leadership positions of Black people in Brazil and increase their presence in the labor market. He is also the president of the Council of Enseñá for Argentina, co-founder and director of the Council of "Argentinos por la Educación," and a member of the TEDxRiodelaPlata Ideas Accelerator.

Before joining us, he was the CEO of Latinstocks.com and worked on the products team of another consulting firm, then began his MBA studies. 

Federico holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Buenos Aires an MBA from Columbia University. Married to Andrea and the father of four children, he is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Italian.
