With 41 years of experience at Ricoh Group, he holds deep expertise in marketing (ICT, office equipment), strategy (business/management), HR, accounting/finance, ITS, ESG, M&A, SCM, IR, PR, sales (direct sales, office equipment, system partners), etc.
Prior to joining Bain, Hidetaka was involved in the corporate management at Ricoh Group for 20 years and served as the president of five companies (Nishi Tokyo Ricoh, Ricoh Tohoku, Ricoh IT Solutions, Ricoh Leasing, and Ricoh Japan) for ten years. From 2018, he led many turnaround projects (transformations and structural reforms) at Ricoh as Director, Corporate Executive Vice President and CFO/General Manager of Business Planning Division. Hidetaka joined Bain in 2022.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Kwansei Gakuin University.
