Stefano Gallazzi is a member of our Consumer Products practice.
He joined Bain in 2013 and has worked with multiple leading consumer goods companies, across soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, confectionery, home and personal care, and others. His work primarily surrounds strategy, with deep expertise in marketing strategy and commercial excellence.
His recent engagements have involved marketing acceleration, digital marketing, test and learn, route-to-market strategy and digital commerce, across more than 15 markets worldwide.
He holds a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from his studies at Politecnico di Milano and ETH Zurich.
He is married and lives in Zurich.
