Shounak is a member of our Asia-Pacific Customer Strategy & Marketing practice.
He has over 25 years of consulting experience advising companies on go-to-market strategy, pricing, customer engagement, and commercial transformation. His areas of focus include GTM strategy and omnichannel commerce, key account management, pricing and margin improvement, influencer and channel engagement, and salesforce effectiveness.
Shounak has worked across building materials, manufacturing companies (automotive, electricals, and consumer durables), construction chemicals, FMCG, and food across India, South and Southeast Asia, and North America.
He has led these programs from strategy through implementation, often over multi-year engagements. His experience brings a practical perspective to commercial transformation in India.
Shounak holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and has completed Harvard Business School's Disruptive Strategy course.
