Shounak Gadre is a member of our Asia-Pacific Commercial Excellence practice.
He has over 20 years of consulting experience with clients ranging from mid-sized local companies to large global conglomerates—across areas of growth strategy formulation, delivering profitable revenue growth and institutionalizing the right operating model.
Prior to Bain, Shounak worked at two other consulting firms in strategy and customer practices, with a focus on customer centric transformation, go-to-market strategy, product portfolio & value proposition design, marketing spends optimization, salesforce productivity and service transformation.
Shounak has largely served clients across different sectors including Electrical, Construction and Building products; Automotive; Machinery and Metals; Agribusiness and Chemicals; and FMCG where he led projects and teams across geographies—India, US, UK, Australia and the Caribbean.
Shounak holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a bachelor's in electronics engineering from the University of Mumbai. Outside of work, he is an avid badminton player, loves to drive, and explore new cuisines.
