Chris Weibo Liu is a core member of our Performance Improvement practice.
He primarily advises business operation and transformation projects to identify investment or value creation opportunities, design performance improvement approaches and lead the implementation to realize full potential. He is an expert in large-scale transformations, M&A strategy, performance improvement, change management and growth/full potential strategy.
Before joining Bain, Chris worked as a manufacturing process engineer for P&G and Mars, Inc. He designed and started up three factories in China, India and Indonesia and developed global manufacturing best practices to codify technical expertise.
He holds a Master of Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management, an MBA from the Peking University Guanghua School of Management and an undergraduate degree, with honors, from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
