Allen Granzberg is a member of our Mergers and Acquisitions, Divestitures and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices. He leads our M&A and Healthcare work in the Americas.
Allen has led 10+ deals across the M&A value chain, from integrations to spin-offs totaling $100B+. He specializes in the post-merger integration toolkit from value acceleration to operating model design. Beyond healthcare, Allen has led work in media, technology, and consumer products. In addition to working on live deals, Allen is an active member of our Operational Value Creation team and leads operational due diligences to help clients assess the value of a deal, prior to purchase.
In addition to casework, Allen is the Deputy Chair for First at Bain (Bain's First Generation Low Income Affinity Group), is on the New York AC Promotion Committee, and is heavily involved in recruiting.
Outside of Bain, Allen is a competitive ballroom dancer and Orangetheory enthusiast.
He holds a BA in from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
