Betsy Peretti is a co-leader of our Americas Innovation, Design & Business-Building team.
Betsy has more than 15 years of experience in a wide range of retail, consumer product and healthcare sectors. She has extensive digital, strategic product development, organizational design, analytics tooling, and innovation expertise. She works with digital natives and Fortune 500 clients.
Betsy focuses on complex consumer and user journeys - predominately in retail and health care. She leads our team of designers, developers, growth hackers, analytics experts, and product managers in the Americas.
Betsy started her career at Bain in San Francisco. She left Bain to build analytical tools at Teach For America, found a retail business and work for a start-up in South America. She returned to Bain in 2015 to build Bain’s digital practice. She is an expert practioner in Human-Centered Design and passionate about creating innovative customer experiences and high performance teams. She has built numerous new businesses and products at Bain.
She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a A.B. in Economics and French from Bowdoin College. She is an adept Agile practitioner and has helped organizations adopt a Product Model on their innovation journey.
