Christina Ellringmann

Dr. Christina Ellringmann is the Managing Partner for Bain & Company in Germany and Austria. Until September 30, 2025, she headed the Insurance practice group in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. She is also an expert in Bain's Financial Services practice.

Christina serves clients across a range of financial services sectors with particular expertise in insurance. She holds deep expertise in organization topics and large-scale transformations. She also advises clients on business strategy topics and has extensive experience in the areas of sales and customer strategy.

She studied and obtained a doctorate in business administration at the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
