Christina Schulz

Christina is a member of our Financial Services practice.

An expert strategy and transformation advisor for financial organizations, Christina has more than two decades of experience in top-tier consulting and industry. She has led multiple programmes across retail and corporate banking, investment banking, insurance and wealth management at major institutions across EMEA, the US, and India.

Christina is passionate about creating transformational, sustainable change for her clients. Her focus areas include business strategy, building Agile teams, the design and implementation of front-to-back target operating models, and sustainable cost transformation.

Prior to joining us, Christina served as HSBC's global head of operations for digital messaging across wealth and personal banking.

She holds a B.A. in Management Studies from Nottingham University, an M.Sc. in Computing for Industry from Imperial College, and is CIMA-qualified.
