Coleman Radell is a member of Bain's Performance Improvement practice, with particular expertise in Shared Services and Procurement.
Coleman focuses primarily on performance improvement across industries with a strong focus in healthcare. He has developed deep expertise in capability sourcing/shared services, procurement optimization and transformation. He also has experience in private equity due diligence, customer experience/strategy and post-merger integration.
In addition to his consulting work, Coleman is heavily involved in Bain's Latino and LGBT diversity groups.
He joined Bain in 2006 and returned to Bain after earning his MBA from Harvard Business School. He also holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
