Dhruva Murugasu is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources, People & Organization, and Transformation practices.
He has significant expertise in organization, talent, transformation, and change management, having advised clients on these topics across Southeast Asia, India, and Europe. Dhruva has also supported several Malaysian and regional corporates with large-scale transformations, on topics ranging from performance and cost improvement, customer experience redesign, and enabling Engine 2 growth in large, incumbent businesses.
In addition to his client work, Dhruva is actively involved in people development initiatives for the Kuala Lumpur and Southeast Asia offices.
Prior to joining Bain, he was an economist at the Central Bank of Malaysia, working on national development policies. Dhruva holds a BA (Hons) in economics from the University of Cambridge.
