Jay Bhatnagar

Jay is a member of our Technology and Cloud Services practice. He is a leader in shaping our perspectives and work in software product development, with expertise in product management, engineering, and transformation work for R&D organizations.

Jay has worked closely with software companies to develop their growth strategies, including defining the target market, segments, GTM approach, and investments. He has also led multiple transformations of the product management and engineering functions at software companies as well as the development of our Point of View on Product Management. His project experience has included work with horizontal software (legacy and high-growth SaaS), vertical software, and cybersecurity.

Prior to joining us in 2014, Jay held roles in operations for Procter & Gamble.

He holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley
