Jeff Carlson is a member of Bain's Customer and Strategy practices.
Jeff works on growth-focused transformations. His case work includes partnering with high performing organizations to respond to disruption, build new Engine 2 businesses, and deepen relationships with consumers.
Beyond his case work, Jeff is a founding member of our Seattle office and is involved in several office leadership roles.
Jeff holds a MBA + MS Design Innovation from the Kellogg School of Management, and BS Economic Consulting from the Kelley School of Business.
