Liza Selyavina

Elizaveta Selyavina is a member of Bain's Financial Services practice. She specializes in solving banking and strategic technology challenges, increasing operational efficiency and improving the performances of financial institutions and fintech companies.

She joined Bain in August 2015 as an associate consultant. During her time at Bain, Elizaveta was responsible for leading case teams and managing client relationships across the organizations in different offices (Moscow, Dubai, Amsterdam). Her experience covers a wide range of topics, including strategy development and implementation at both the corporate and business division level, governance and organization issues, digital strategy and transformation.

Elizaveta holds a PhD in economics and graduated with distinction from the London School of Economics.

Outside working hours, Elizaveta is a happy mother of a young daughter, as well as a marathon-runner and a certified nutrition coach. She also enjoys mountain skiing, hiking and reading non-fiction.
