Marita Vavoulioti

Marita Vavoulioti is an expert in our Enterprise Technology practice, with a focus on Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and Digital. She has nearly 20 years of consulting experience across the EMEA and Asia.

Marita has worked with many of the top-10 broadband access and network service providers, as well as integrated, cross-platform and wireless network operators. She is an expert on large-scale transformations, growth strategy, and operations performance improvement.

Her recent work has involved cross-industry optimization of production including Digital Operations and Industry 4.0, as well as comprehensive performance improvement and transformation programs.

Prior to joining Bain, Marita was a managing director for a global consulting and systems integration company; most recently, she was leading the Asia Engineering and Manufacturing services.

She holds a MSc in business information technology and a BA degree in engineering.

In her personal time, she is passionate about architecture & interior design, and she spends her weekends around making her home smart with IoT and digital.
