Michael is a member of Bain's Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice in Australia.
With more than 15 years of experience in both consulting and senior roles, Michael works across a wide range of topics, including performance improvement, strategy and new business development.
He has designed and implemented several large functional excellence, transformational, and strategy programs for large companies, including launching new companies to address emerging trends and niches.
Prior to Bain, Michael worked for a large steel company, where he ran functional excellence programs and led new business development efforts. His efforts included building a new division in the company aimed at creating new companies and digital ventures.
Michael holds an MBA from INSEAD business school in Singapore/France and undergraduate degree in engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
Outside working hours, Mikhail enjoys swimming, travelling and surfing.
