Michael Weber

Michael Weber is a member of our Automotive and Performance Improvement practices.

With nearly two decades of consulting management experience, Michael's expertise spans performance transformation for automotive OEMs and suppliers across APAC, with deep experience in Design-to-X methodology, robotics, and automation.

He has led strategy-driven programs across Europe, Asia, and the United States in supply chain management, procurement, and manufacturing. Michael holds a PhD from TU in Berlin and a degree in industrial engineering from TH Karlsruhe.
