Sambit Patra is a member of our Metals & Packaging practice. He also leads our Energy & Natural Resources practice in India and contributes to our Performance Improvement practice.

With nearly two decades of management consulting experience, Sambit advises clients across the energy and industrial sectors in India, the Middle East, and APAC on growth strategy, digital and AI transformation, and mergers and acquisitions. His expertise spans portfolio reshaping, large-scale business transformations, operating model design, manufacturing, and supply chain management.

Sambit holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a bachelor’s degree from BITS Pilani.
