Sarah Elk

Sarah Elk is the Americas leader of our AI, Insights and Solutions practice. She is also a senior leader in the Energy and Natural Resources practice and serves as a member of Bain's global governance committee for compensation and promotion.

She is passionate about transforming large companies, especially those experiencing technology or business model disruption. In a world of increasingly unpredictable change, running at higher speeds is not enough. Businesses must evolve to match their acceleration muscle with faster stopping and turning skills.

Sarah advises business leaders across a wide range of industries, including energy, technology, automotive, aerospace, healthcare, consumer products, and retail on organization effectiveness, agile practice, performance improvement, leadership and change management.

Sarah is the co-author of Doing Agile Right, published by HBR Press. Her work has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, and she can be found in a wide variety of media, including Forbes and Bloomberg.  

She is also a mother of five children who believes in possibility.
