Wes Janson

Wes Janson is a member of our Retail and Performance Improvement practices.

He has more than 10 years of consulting experience working with CEOs and senior management teams to address their most pressing strategic and operational issues, including multiple company-wide transformations to drive growth and performance improvement.

His primary focuses at Bain include supporting retail clients across a range of topics, including growth and customer strategy, assortment strategy, advanced retail buying and cost transformation.

In addition to his client work, Wes is a leader in recruiting the next generation of talent to the firm, having served as head of associate consultant (AC) recruiting for our Texas offices over several years.

Wes earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a B.S. in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
