Yuma Yano

Yuma Yano is a member of our Automotive and Digital practice and serves as its Lead in APAC.

He has nearly two decades of management consulting experience in restructuring, digital transformation, and acquisitions. His expertise spans growth strategy, cost structure, and operational improvement, primarily for automotive OEMs, suppliers, and industrial machinery manufacturers.

Prior to Bain, Yuma worked at Accenture and at a Japanese consulting firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Aoyama Gakuin University and completed an executive and leadership development program at Harvard Business School.
