José Viana Baptista is a leader in our Private Equity and Healthcare and Life Sciences practices.
He has worked with many corporate and private equity clients in the healthcare space, focusing on hospitals, outpatient care, diagnostics and pharmaceuticals, among others. His case portfolio also includes work in the consumer products, retail and hospitality industries.
Beyond his client work, José also leads our recruiting efforts in Lisbon.
José joined Bain in São Paulo in 2012 and since then he worked at Bain's Santiago, Buenos Aires, Singapore and Madrid offices, having led cases in 15+ countries across EMEA, APAC and South America.
José earned his MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore, and holds an MSc. in management and BSc. in economics from Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon.
