Read our 2022 reportOur affinity groups are active networks that complement our inclusive culture, giving members additional connections and support through coaching, mentoring and professional development. These networks include members from both Bain and the Bridgespan Group, our sister nonprofit consulting organization.
Asians at Bain (AAB) is an organization of Bain professionals with Asian and Asian American roots. AAB's mission is to create a tightknit community that provides the support, resources, and mentorship required to help our Asian professionals thrive at Bain. AAB membership includes professionals across all levels of Bain's North American offices.
The mission of BGLAD – The LGBTQ Network at Bain & Bridgespan is to support the recruitment and retention of top LGBTQ talent at Bain. We realize that lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) employees have unique needs. That's why we created BGLAD, the LGBTQ network at Bain and Bridgespan, almost two decades ago.
BGLAD provides a strong and unified diversity message throughout the recruiting process, an open communications channel with Bain leadership to advise them on LGBTQ policies and ensure an inclusive work environment, and overall awareness of LGBTQ issues across our global organization.
Blacks at Bain (BABs) became a formal organization more than 20 years ago, after existing informally for years. BABs is primarily focused in North America, but it also includes offices in Europe and Asia.
We believe not only in leading a professionally rewarding career, but also in having enriching life experiences along the way.
Latinx at Bain (LATBA) is an organization of Bain professionals with Hispanic and Latin American roots or interests. LATBA's vision: to make Bain the best career choice for Latino business talent.
LATBA membership includes professionals across all levels of Bain's North American offices.
Veterans at Bain (VABs) is a formal organization of Bain professionals with military service backgrounds.
Our objectives are to attract, develop and retain the world's top veteran business talent, provide tailored support and resources for professional success, facilitate knowledge and experience sharing, foster mentoring relationships and build upon a strong sense of camaraderie.
Womxn at Bain (WAB) leads global initiatives to enable our members to thrive, as part of our overall mission to make Bain the best place to work globally. We are focused on creating and inclusive culture and promoting programs and policies to achieve that mission.
WAB ensures our members are equipped to achieve their full potential here and emerge as leaders – thought leaders, inspirational leaders and firm leaders, through our local WAB networks as well as through our global efforts, led by a council of firm leaders around the world.
We’re making a commitment to promote racial and social equity both within our firm and our broader communities, over and above our existing investments in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
