Richard Webster is the leader of our EMEA Consumer Products practice, based in London. A member of our EMEA leadership team, he also leads our global Digital Consumer Products efforts.
Richard has cultivated profound consumer goods experience throughout more than two decades with us. His work primarily surrounds operating model and growth, customer and channel strategies across the CP sphere, with a bent toward e-commerce.
His recent client engagements, largely with top-50 consumer goods companies, have had global scope and covered a range of categories, from food and beverage to personal care.
Richard notably led the return to growth of multiple $10B+ consumer goods companies, from flat revenue growth to robust, sustainable top- and bottom-line performance.
Historically, he has also supported clients on growth topics including full transformation, marketing, brand growth and digital acceleration.
He holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry, with Upper Second-Class Honours, from the University of Bristol.
Richard has three young children and a labradoodle to keep him busy. In his personal time, he enjoys open-water swimming and exploring the outdoors.
