Jim Harris

Jim Harris is a member of our Aerospace & Defense practice, which he co-leads globally. 

He has nearly 30 years of management consulting experience focused on commercial and defense OEMs, aircraft parts and systems suppliers, MRO providers and government services firms. His expertise spans corporate strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and performance improvement with a focus on engineering, procurement and supply chain.

Jim holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar, and a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry and economics from Rice University.
