In recent years, Moncef has worked extensively on customer-led transformations, with a particular focus on digital. His case portfolio includes most markets in the Middle East, as well as several African countries.
In addition to TMT, Moncef has also built cross-industry experience in retail and distribution, with a recent focus on e-commerce.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.
