Prasad Subrahmanya

Prasad Subrahmanya is an experienced founder, architect, and engineer with over 10 years of experience in leading engineering teams and shipping & maintaining products primarily in early and mid-stage SaaS startups.

Prasad prides himself on talking to customers, defining value propositions, gathering requirements, selling ideas, developing PoCs, and leading teams. He also cares about solving real problems with first principles & creating value along the way and firmly believes that's the way to build a sustainable business.

Prior to joining Bain, Prasad was the Co-founder & CTO of Mainteny (CRM for maintenance businesses). He has a strong computer science background in which he gained experience building & managing engineering teams, hands-on programming, architecting scalable distributed systems, rapid prototyping, creating development roadmaps, product management, and helping sales & business development.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
