Greg Callahan leads Bain's Applied Technology & AI practice in the Americas, partnering with C-suite leaders to drive technology-led reinvention and deliver measurable business value.

In this role, Greg helps clients navigate complex technology-enabled transformations, drawing on the practice's integrated approach to strategy and execution. Central to this approach is the belief that technology creates the greatest value when business strategy and technology execution are developed together from the outset, rather than handed off between separate teams. Bain brings industry, technology and engineering expertise together as one integrated team at the point of client interaction, combining strategic advice with the ability to build and implement solutions in clients' environments. Supported by pre-built accelerators, this flexible model enables clients to access the right mix of advice and execution to achieve results faster.

The practice supports clients across a broad range of challenges, from AI-enabled transformation and technology cost management to M&A integration, supply chain reinvention and modernizing the software development lifecycle with AI.

Greg previously led Bain’s Global Software Practice and is a member of the firm’s Customer Strategy & Marketing practice, with deep expertise in B2B Commercial Excellence.
