With nearly three decades of experience across the analytics sphere, Sharona specializes in consumer and marketing excellence, customer value optimization, the Net Promoter System® and our proprietary Connected Customer solution. Her recent case work has involved customer lifetime value, B2C marketing acceleration, and cost transformation initiatives.
Sharona serves as the Global Head of Engagement and Marketing for the Financial Services Practice.
Prior to joining us, she held executive-level positions across marketing science and brand, consumer, digital and advanced analytics.
Sharona holds an M.S. in Applied Statistics from Columbia University and a B.S. in Quantitative Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
