With nearly three decades of experience across the analytics sphere, Sharona specializes in consumer and marketing excellence, customer value optimization, the Net Promoter System® and our proprietary Simple & Digital solution. Her recent case work has involved customer lifetime value, B2C marketing acceleration, and cost transformation initiatives.
She has also led various diligence efforts for private equity clients.
Prior to joining us, she held executive-level positions across marketing science and brand, consumer, digital and advanced analytics.
Sharona holds an M.S. in Applied Statistics from Columbia University and a B.S. in Quantitative Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
