With more than 8 years of experience at Bain, Abhishek works closely with digital unicorns and startups advising on a range of topics across full potential strategy, business unit strategy, new market entry, sales acceleration, commercial due diligence, customer experience enhancement, capital market readiness and merger integration. He has helped one of the largest digital unicorns in India set up and successfully scale multiple new businesses initiatives.
He has also worked with consumer products companies (especially beverage and AlcoBev players) advising on brand strategy, portfolio strategy, pricing strategy, consumer/market entry strategies and cost/performance improvement.
Additionally, he has advised leading private equity and venture capital funds on asset identification, commercial due diligence and post-acquisition value creation.
Abhishek earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and graduated with a B.Tech in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
