Throughout her firm tenure, Tess has assisted clients on strategy development, digital transformation, pricing and product assortment strategy, operational improvement and M&A. She is also experienced in advanced analytics and test-and-learn approach, as well as experienced partnering closely with designers, engineers, and digital marketing specialists.
She joined our Sao Paulo office in 2011 and transferred to Los Angeles in 2014. Tess graduated from Harvard Business School.
In her personal time, Tess is a passionate musician and outdoor-enthusiast. She is the proud mom of a young son.
