Michael Tonelli

Michael Tonelli is an expert in the firm’s Performance Improvement practice.

Michael advises clients on performance improvement topics across industries, including Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Healthcare, Private Equity and Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT).

His primary capabilities in this sphere include Zero-Based Redesign (ZBR), finance optimization, finance shared services, G&A optimization and organization design.

Prior to joining Bain in 2011, Michael held positions at Merrill Lynch and Commerce Capital Markets.

He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.
