Since joining Bain in 2011, Weiwei has honed deep expertise across numerous consumer products & retail sectors, including confectionery, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, household and personal products, food stores, specialty retail and hotels.
Her core capabilities include Bain Accelerated Transformation, customer strategy & marketing and operating model.
Prior to joining Bain in 2011, Weiwei worked as a consultant for two other top firms. She also served on the board of the Middlesex County chapter of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree in computer science and mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
