Stephen Mewborn is a partner in Bain’s Chicago office and serves as the firm's Global Capability Lead for Pricing.
He is a member of both the Retail and Energy and Natural Resources industry practices and of the Customer Strategy and Marketing capability practice.
He has deep expertise across a range of industries, including food and drug retail, apparel and footwear retail, specialty retail, restaurants, agricultural commodities, manufacturing, consumer home services, hotels, B2B services, office products and building products.
Stephen's client work has spanned a variety of business problems and functions, including growth strategy, corporate transformations, customer insights, segmentation and value proposition development, pricing and promotions strategy, pricing tactics and implementation, adjacency strategy, international expansion strategy, organization design, marketing effectiveness, strategic due diligence and operational consolidation and outsourcing.
Stephen earned an MBA, with honors, from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He previously received a BA from Wabash College.
