WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Our Payroll team is small, sharp, and genuinely close-knit. Six people, one shared mission: making sure everything adds up at the end of the month: accurate, compliant and on time for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We hold ourselves to high standards while making sure the work is enjoyable along the way. Expect real collaboration, a good sense of humor and the occasional sweet treat. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You independently manage the monthly payroll processing for Germany in DATEV, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- You handle the preparation and follow-up of payroll activities for Austria in close coordination with our external payroll provider
- You independently review and process payroll-related matters with a high level of accuracy and quality
- You prepare monthly reports and statistics
- You manage reporting and certification processes for both countries
- You act as a competent point of contact for authorities, health insurance providers, and social security institutions in Germany and Austria
ABOUT YOU
- Completed commercial/business training, ideally with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in payroll processing.
- Solid expertise in DATEV is essential
- Excellent Excel skills are required, along with confident handling of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Austrian labor and social security law is considered a plus
- Experience working with external payroll service providers is advantageous.
- You work in a structured and independent manner with a strong attention to detail
- You are service-oriented, communicative, and a reliable team player
- Good English skills complete your profile
