Alexander Odintsov

Alexander Odintsov is a member of our Private Equity practice, with a particular focus on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) space.

He advises private equity and corporate clients on pre-deal due diligence and drives post-acquisition value creation through corporate strategy, commercial acceleration, and AI initiatives. His experience spans multiple TMT sub-sectors, including B2B SaaS, data, and tech services companies.

Earlier in his Bain career, Alexander partnered with corporate clients on strategy, growth, and in-house venture development projects in the retail and e-commerce sectors. In addition to his client work, he actively supports social impact through pro bono consulting and advisory work with nonprofit organizations and cultural institutions across the U.S. and Europe.

He holds an MBA with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Strategic Management from HEC Paris.
