Brad Souter

Brad Souter is a member of our Utilities & Renewables practice.

Brad's work focuses on strategy and performance improvement for leading utilities and energy developers. His specific expertise covers capital planning & projects excellence, supply chain & procurement optimization, electrical utility regulatory models, and customer service operations.

Outside of case work, Brad is a leader of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts in the Toronto office and a proud member of our First @ Bain community.

Brad holds an MBA from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management, as well as engineering degrees from the Universities of Waterloo and Toronto. Prior to joining Bain, he practiced as a consulting engineer to the buildings construction industry.
